Mimosa is located at 38 Street and 5th Avenue. Just in the bohemian heart of Playa del Carmen. 38th Street is the nicest street in all of Playa del Carmen, lined with incredible trees and surrounded with amazing restaurants such as La Cueva del Chango, Amate, La Piola , to name a few. The public beach access from Mimosa building is only 400m away, and Shangrila beach is spectacular. Stroll a couple hundred meters south on the beach to Mamitas ...beach club for some real fun in the sun. This neighborhood is the best place to own in Playa del Carmen, only a 10-minute walk to downtown.
